"In the past fiscal year, we strategically realigned our company and adjusted our organization," reports Managing Director Ronald Geiger, looking back on 2019, when the company generated total sales of 86.1 million euros with more than 600 employees.
Sycor sees innovations and future trends as particular drivers in the competitiveness of its customers. Not least due to the Corona crisis, the demand for connectivity and cloud products will increase. The workplace will increasingly be developed into a digital workplace. As a full spectrum provider, the company already offers its customers powerful business application platforms, customized apps and innovative services in the SAP and Microsoft environment. In addition, the company focuses on the conversion or introduction of SAP S/4HANA and solutions for customer experience. Sycor also intends to significantly expand its sales with the ERP solution developed specifically for the rental industry.
"The new organization and the sharpened strategy support the goal of acting quickly and flexibly in the interest of our customers. This enables us to understand their future requirements today and to successfully support them with efficient processes and systems," explains Managing Director Rüdiger Krumes. "Overall, Sycor is optimistic about the future, even if the Corona crisis will bring some imponderables. Together with our extremely committed colleagues, we will also master this phase," CFO Philip Hilgers, who came on board in 2019, sums up.
