Customer Vendor Integration

SAP S/4HANA works with a new business partner concept, the so-called Business Partner as a central data object. The customer and supplier master data must be prepared and synchronized accordingly. The CVI service package covers exactly that: data analysis and provision, customizing the solution, and implementation.

Add-On Check

Before starting your SAP S/4HANA project, it is helpful to know which add-ons have been added to your SAP Suite. In our Add-On Check, we clarify whether there are updates for these with regard to SAP S/4HANA and how business continuity can be ensured. These results then flow directly into the concrete planning.

MRP process and master data

Material Requirement Planning (MRP) has been simplified in SAP S/4HANA. The corresponding adjustments in customizing and in the master data can already be anticipated in the existing SAP system. The transition to SAP S/4HANA then works seamlessly and without further effort at this point.

Data Management

Without a coherent data management concept, data volumes grow uncontrollably. Some old data can be deleted, others archived. The advantage of archiving: the data is only removed from the database, is still available in the application component itself and does not have to be taken into account during conversion. As part of the data management service package, the tables that are critical for archiving are identified, the options for data storage are examined and an appropriate strategy is developed.

Settlement Management

Settlement Management in SAP S/4HANA replaces the previously rather cumbersome and error-prone SD/MM discount processing. The new process significantly reduces the administration effort, and lengthy and annoying correction calculations are no longer necessary - this is worth hard cash, even before SAP S/4HANA is in use. The service package includes the conception of the new billing and the customizing of the new solution, whereby the existing contracts can be transferred.

Business Function Check

With Business Functions, SAP provides its customers with numerous additional functionalities that are activated as needed. Deactivation at a later date is no longer possible. With SAP S/4 HANA, the strategy behind Business Functions is now changing. With this service package, companies prepare themselves accordingly: they check which business functions are already active and to what extent they are compatible with SAP S/4HANA. This avoids unpleasant surprises in a future conversion project.

S/4HANA Trusted Authorization Review (STAR)

The S/4HANA Trusted Authorization Review (STAR) is a service that helps customers transfer their ECC named user contracts to S/4HANA or S/4HANA Cloud. STAR allows customers to estimate the number of Full Use Equivalents (FUE) or SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management users they will need when moving from ECC to S/4HANA.
