Having fun at work is a key element for developing new ideas, providing good service, and consistently staying motivated. That is why fun is also a fundamental part of our values and guidelines.
Creating together
We captured fun at work in our photos – you can see the result on most of our website pages. Our partners Benjamin Klingebiel and Svenja Spitzer from "Die drehen" produced the perfect photos.

Fun factor photo shoot
A lot of work goes into our photo shoots. Numerous steps are required, from selecting the locations to the finished photos. That includes calling all employees to participate in the photo shoot. If they would like to take part in a professional photo shoot, they simply have to give us their name. To minimize the post-editing effort for the photographer, the "models" are assisted by a stylist on the day of the photo shoot. Marketing colleagues are of course on site as well, ensuring that the photos are taken exactly the way they will be used later on.
