Many medium-sized companies are in the digitization phase. They are also shifting the mapping of business processes to the cloud. Sycor.ManagedCloudPrint from the service perspective

Depending on customer requirements, it can be decided how the service is divided between the customer and Sycor. The Sycor service integrates seamlessly into the customer's service management organization. This means that first level support can also be provided directly by the customer organization's service desk after training by Sycor.

The administration of the system can be split up according to location, country or organizational area. This is interesting for the first level if it is organized by location, for example.

Sycor provides 2nd level support and also takes care of 3rd level services for CloudPrint issues. Our Sycor Service Desk is available for this purpose.

A central Sycor Service Manager is responsible for the fulfillment of the service for the customer. As part of service reviews, this manager introduces possible improvements and provides service reporting.

As an option, Sycor provides a dashboard that offers extensive displays and evaluations of the printing behavior.

The data can be further segmented by clicking on the diagrams. The detailed data from the dashboard can be analyzed in greater depth in other systems such as Power BI.

The delivery of standard requests and the processing of incidents are elementary components of Sycor.ManagedCloudPrint.

Why not Universal Print?

With Universal Print, Microsoft has launched a solution on the market that can be used free of charge for companies with the appropriate Microsoft365 licensing. Sycor also offers a corresponding managed service for this.

Sycor also provides services for setting up the environment, installs the connectors and provides the corresponding support during the operating phase as described above.

When deciding in favor of Universal Print, which is often done for commercial reasons, a few aspects should be checked in advance:

Only devices certified by Microsoft can be used.
For label printing, the required features must be checked to see if they are supported.
Universal Print is not currently offered in all Azure regions.
