Frequently asked questions about Veea CRM

Veeva CRM is the most widely used CRM system in the life sciences industry. Veeva CRM is used to plan and execute omnichannel activities with doctors, pharmacies and hospitals. It is based on salesforce.com and has been enhanced with numerous modules to meet the requirements of pharmaceutical companies. These include a mobile offline client, Events Management, Approved Email and Veeva Engage.  

The duration of the training depends on the number of processes and modules used. For end users, the training usually takes 1-2 days.

Veeva Vault CRM is the successor to Veeva CRM, available since April 2024. It is based on Veeva's own Vault platform and no longer on salesforce.com.  

Customers who use Veeva CRM can continue to use the solution until 2030. The successor Veeva Vault CRM will be available from April 2024. Customers can migrate from Veeva CRM to Veeva Vault CRM from 2025.

The duration of a migration training depends on the number of processes and modules used. For end users, the training duration is usually 0.5 - 1 day.

 The Veeva Commercial Cloud consists of the Salesforce-based Veeva CRM system for the commercial and medical sales force, as well as the Veeva Vault Promomats content management system.
