Your IT is not running entirely smoothly? Your IT department spends a lot of time keeping everything running, administering providers, and completing day-to-day tasks? We can change that! You look after your core business – we look after your IT, assuming all essential tasks so you can get the most out of your IT investment. As an integrated service provider, we offer modular services for specific areas or the management of your entire IT environment.

In regards to hosting for example, we prepare concepts for server and storage sizing as well as system configuration and operation, including backup and recovery for MS SQL database servers (with optional shadow database), AOS Server, Terminal Server, and any other required Microsoft servers (such as SharePoint or Exchange). We help you select the services you really need.

Into the cloud with Microsoft Azure

With Microsoft Azure, companies can store data in the cloud, back it up, and restore it immediately if necessary; run corporate applications, computing jobs, and predictive analytics; offer intelligent products and services on the basis of IoT services (the Internet of Things); or provide modern, cross-platform web and mobile applications. Your data remains secure: Microsoft stands for compliance with strict EU data protection directives and was also the first large cloud provider to adopt the new international standard for data protection in the cloud, ISO 27018. 

A complete overview at all times 

In combination with our hosting services, we permanently monitor your applications on all technical and functional levels. We proactively ensure that your critical business processes, interfaces, and workflows function properly at all times. Here we work closely with your internal employees and solve application problems before they impact your business processes. If your needs should change, our management services are flexible to adapt or expand.

Our services

  • We gladly handle the operation of your IT systems (server and storage systems) for you in your data centers. System management is performed just as though the systems were installed in our own data centers.
     
  • We fully integrate your system into our system management environment. All important parameters of the hardware, operating system, and also applications by request are permanently monitored. We handle all aspects of system operation, including backup and patch management. 
     
  • Our services are based on service levels defined in advance (availability, support hours, response times, etc.). We also offer system-related application operation such as directory services/Active Directory.

Providing our customers with fast, straightforward, and reliable support is our highest priority. With a team of permanently assigned contact persons, we ensure that you can contact "your" personal support representative – by e-mail or telephone. We provide reliable and competent assistance with basic support (8:00 am to 5:00 pm) or individual support (e.g. 6:00 am to 10:00 pm). Our employees provide 2nd and 3rd-level support as well as contact to the provider Microsoft.
