Personal profile

With a degree in business administration, Steffen Horst has held various positions of responsibility in finance since the mid-1990s, primarily in the telecommunications market and in IT.

During his many years at the Deutsche Telekom Group, he has been responsible in different roles for various transformation programs ranging from cost savings to outsourcing and digitalization, thereby increasing performance and efficiency and significantly strengthening and further developing the finance functions.

Relevant positions were at Deutsche Telekom IT and commercial management at gkv informatik - an IT service provider for several public health insurance companies.

Steffen Horst has been with Sycor since 2023 - initially as CFO for the Finance and Controlling division. In January 2024, he also took on responsibility for Human Resources and Governance & IT as Commercial Managing Director.

Steffen Horst lives in Cologne in his private life.
