Sycor and IQVIA establish partnership

Sycor is a certified System Integrator Partner and is expanding its services for customers in the life sciences sector on this basis 

IQVIA’s suite of Orchestrated Customer Engagement (OCE) software products offers stakeholders in the life sciences sector a customer relationship management (CRM) system adapted to their specific requirements. IQVIA works with IT service provider Sycor to implement projects for customers and provide support. As a certified SI (System Integration Partner), Sycor offers consulting, training, and support services for customers who use OCE to carry out their sales and marketing processes.

Certification program guarantees service quality

IQVIA uses its software solutions and services to support companies, associations, institutions, and other stakeholders in the healthcare sector. For example, the OCE Personal & Digital solution ensures that functions such as sales, marketing, medical science liaison, and account management are collaborating effectively and can coordinate all interactions with the customers across the board. IQVIA uses its certification process for consulting and integration partners to ensure that customers receive professional, high-quality support for any issues or concerns. The certification is updated annually and is only issued to partners who are able to provide trained, dedicated consultants.

With the ASI certification, Sycor is taking a targeted approach to expanding its activities in the field of life sciences. IQVIA’s customers now have the opportunity to utilize Sycor’s experience in their projects in the following areas.
