At a time when our customers are less and less able to predict what they actually need, intensive cooperation with them is becoming increasingly important. The analysis of the organizational and process-related potential for change must be viewed with the necessary composure to steer the respective undertaking in the desired direction. Thus I act according to the following motto:

I would like

  • first of all, to achieve that we - as a service provider - place the customer and not our products at the centre of our actions.
  • develop a common understanding of what needs to be changed in the first place, before we make proposals on how to make the change happen.
  • look not only at efficiency in our organization, but especially at the purpose of our actions.

Trust and feedback

To achieve these goals, self-management with distributed authority at eye level is more goal-oriented than implementing hierarchies. Mutual trust and a constructive feedback culture are essential for me.
