Sycor sets the course for the future with Thomas Ahlers and Stephan Reiss in the management

The Göttingen-based IT service provider Sycor is expanding its management team from November 2020 to include Thomas Ahlers and Stephan Reiss. Both have achieved sustainable success in their previous roles at Sycor. With this change of direction, owner Prof. Hans Georg Näder underlines the growth course of Sycor.

With an active role in the consolidation of the IT market, a leading IT services portfolio and a motivated, qualified team, the new management of Sycor is on course for growth. Thomas Ahlers and Stephan Reiss, with their distinctive IT and industry knowledge and several years of successful management experience, perfectly complement the current management team.

Thomas Ahlers is responsible for strategy and SAP and Microsoft consulting. Stephan Reiss is responsible for sales and marketing as well as the data center and cloud services. On the management board, Philip Hilgers is responsible for finance and administration, while Ronald Geiger is in charge of human resources, transformation and mergers & acquisitions. Rüdiger Krumes manages the cooperation with Näder Holding and Ottobock SE.

Reinforcement in the management

Owner Prof. Hans Georg Näder has made the decision to expand the Sycor management team in order to transform the company for the future. "The two managing directors Thomas Ahlers and Stephan Reiss will accelerate the further development of the company through their commitment and further strengthen Sycor's market position as a digitization and innovation partner for medium-sized businesses," said Prof. Näder. "With the new set-up, we have rejuvenated the management team and set the course for the future.

Ahlers and Reiss are pleased about the trust placed in them by Prof. Näder and are tackling their new tasks with commitment.
