Sycor expands its Executive Board
Guido Lindlar to drive growth offensive in SME segment
By appointing Guido Lindlar as a Managing Director of SYCOR GmbH, Näder Holding is moving forward with the transformation of the IT company based in Göttingen, Germany. This transformation process began in 2020 and aims to make Sycor a leading service provider among German SMEs. Lindlar is set to join the consulting firm in July and will be heading up the Sales and Marketing areas in the role of Chief Sales Officer (CSO).
Lindlar brings extensive experience in the field of IT consulting for SME customers to the role. He has previously overseen the ongoing development of well-known software firms as managing director, including at Software AG, Allgeier IT Solution GmbH and the Scheer Gruppe. Lindlar started his career at Allianz AG and Telekom AG, where he served as marketing and sales manager.

His most recent position was at a start-up, where he generated significant growth in the SaaS and cloud areas. “With Guido Lindlar on the team, we are continuing to expand our profile of expertise in CRM and BPM software, cloud and data center services, and artificial intelligence. These are topics that are playing a more and more significant role in the SME segment in Germany, especially in the production and process industries but also in medtech and the life science area. Bringing Guido Lindlar on board will let us continue stepping up our drive for growth in this area,” noted Thomas Ahlers, CEO of SYCOR GmbH, discussing Lindlar’s move to the Executive Board at SYCOR GmbH.
