According to a survey by FOCUS BUSINESS, the Sycor Group is among the top employers in a national comparison as well as in the industry ranking. With this ranking, the company clearly demonstrates how satisfied its employees are with their company.
The basis for determining the TOP employers in Germany is a survey by the employer assessment platform kununu. Around four million employee assessments of more than 900,000 companies were analysed. "We are very proud that our employees have expressed such commitment and positive opinions about our company. We greatly appreciate this expressed solidarity. We are pleased that Sycor has earned us such an outstanding position in a nationwide comparison of industries," said Ronald Geiger, CEO of Sycor.
In the evaluation, employees award points as an indicator of the "feel-good factor" on the one hand and the "career factor" on the other. In addition, they can also add comments in text form. The query is based on points such as working atmosphere, supervisor behaviour, colleague cohesion, equal rights, social benefits or salary.
The HR management regularly takes the evaluations into account in order to bring about a continuous improvement of the working environment. "It is very important to us to maintain a constant dialogue with our colleagues in order to promote a sense of well-being within the team and the development of each individual," adds Managing Director Rüdiger Krumes.
