Sycor remains first triple Veeva Premiere Services Commercial Cloud Partner in Germany
Sycor mbs GmbH is starting 2021 with very good news, having received another award from its long-time partner company Veeva Systems Inc. For the second year in a row, the Sycor subsidiary was recognised as a Veeva Premiere Services Partner for Commercial Cloud.
As in 2020, the company received the top award in three of four categories: Business Process/Strategy, Training and Post Implementation Support. This means Sycor remains one of the first partners to receive three Premiere awards and the first in Germany.
Veeva Systems Inc. is a cloud computing company from the USA, with a focus on applications in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. The more than 100 partners worldwide can achieve three different partnership levels. "Premiere" is the highest partner level that can be achieved. Partners can qualify for certificates in the business areas in four categories. These include Business Process/Strategy, Implementation Support, Training and Post-Implementation Support.
More than 100 successful customer projects
Sycor has been one of the leading Veeva partners since 2012 and supports customers in the introduction, support and further development of Veeva's cloud solutions. In the meantime, the company can look back on more than 100 successful projects - globally and multilingually.

The successful projects and the expertise of the certified consultants and administrators are now paying off: Sycor is one of the few Veeva partners with three Premiere certificates. Several requirements had to be fulfilled for this:
- Certification of employees: Sycor was able to demonstrate a significantly higher total number of certified employees than was required.
- Successful customer projects: At least nine completed customer projects per category
- Customer Success Statements: The company was able to prove its success with five positive customer references per category.
- Expertise: Sycor was able to demonstrate expertise across multiple Veeva Commercial Suite products
