Junior Sales Representative

Pittsburgh, PA

As one of the world’s largest Microsoft Dynamics service providers and a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, we offer development opportunities in a growing work environment. As we expand our North American business for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (our specialty is our Sycor Rental ISV solution), we are looking for highly motivated candidates, interested in the opportunity to participate in a fast-growing IT sector. Your key responsibilities:

  • Serve customers by selling products and services related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management ERP implementations
  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales opportunities
  • Prepare and present sales presentations to meet potential customer requirements
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and new ideas
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
  • Create and maintain Sales pipeline
  • Maintain contacts, leads, and prospects in CRM
  • Manage sales cycle alongside the Presales team

Your profile:

  • Relevant education (i.e., marketing, business) or related work history
  • Previous experience as an ERP consultant is a big plus
  • High motivation for sales while remaining customer service minded
  • Prospecting skills; Closing skills
  • Self-confidence
  • Presentation skills
  • Strong in fostering client and prospect relationships
  • Knows effective ways to market products and services and learns about new offerings quickly
  • Works well independently and has good time management and organization skills
  • Team player
