Our agile project approach
We know that today's business environment is fast-paced and disruptive. With project requirements changing and evolving between 2.5% and 5% per month, it has become vital to react flexibly to these changes. For this reason, Sycor has adopted a project methodology based on agile values and principles. Customer business scenarios identified for implementation are implemented iteratively and incrementally at short intervals, in so-called "sprints". At the end of every sprint, product increments are presented to the organization in conference room pilots in order to validate the achieved solution as well as gather valuable feedback early and often. This feedback is worked into the requirements and system design. The result is less resistance towards the end of the project, when the future solution is tested by business owners.
