The truck rental company, managing thousands of active rentals, was growing rapidly and struggling to keep up with high demand. With its existing financial system, Ascent, and the utilization of Salesforce to manage quotes and orders, its business processes were left without full integration. This caused duplicate data entries and significant overhead costs to order, quote, prepare for rent, and deliver equipment to customer locations. After just nine months, Sycor brought the company live with forty users. With the implementation of its new system, Premier Truck can now easily locate equipment, see how long equipment has been in one place, what it is costing, and when the best time to replace it is. Thanks to fully integrated business processes, the rental company is saving time, improving customer service, and increasing the profitability of its business.
