Junior Finance Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management

As we continue expanding our North American business, we are seeking driven and motivated Junior Consultants eager to build a career in a rapidly growing technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) for global clients with emphasis on accounting modules.
• Analyze, document, and optimize customer business processes.
• Perform fit/gap analyses and support solution design activities.
• Develop functional specifications for required system modifications.
• Support testing cycles, troubleshoot issues, and assist with system configurations.
• Deliver end-user training and provide go-live support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, project management, and customer stakeholders.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree: Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of core business processes (R2R, P2P, O2C).
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and their business value.
• Interest in developing functional and consulting expertise within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Internship or professional experience in consulting, accounting, finance, or a related area.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or SAP is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel (25%–50%), including internationally.
