Sycor takes over YES Enterprise Solutions in Würzburg, Germany

With the acquisition of 100% of the shares in the Würzburg company YES Enterprise Solutions GmbH, Sycor is realizing synergies, especially in the areas of business IT and process consultancy for midsize enterprises and corporate groups. Here, the industry focus is on the process and life science industries with pharmaceuticals, chemicals, medical technology, and foodstuffs. The solutions, based on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, meet the strictest requirements for compliance in GxP-regulated environments. YES Enterprise Solutions was part of the YAVEON AG group of companies until August of 2018 and now carries on its operations as SYCOR YES GmbH. SYCOR YES GmbH will operate as a subsidiary of SYCOR GmbH, among other things ensuring compliance in the life sciences industry. As a specialist in this industry segment, SYCOR YES offers industry solutions and meets the organizational requirements for services in the regulatory environment.  All employees in the nearly 40-member team at YES Enterprise Solutions are Microsoft certified. The former managing directors, Rainer Weissenberger and Markus Drengk, are retaining their positions at SYCOR YES and reinforcing SYCOR GmbH's management team. Sycor is strengthening its market position in the field of Microsoft Dynamics with the acquisition, and considerably expanding it in the manufacturing and healthcare sectors. SYCOR YES will operate from its site in Würzburg, Germany with additional locations in Hamburg, Munich, and Stuttgart that also become part of the Sycor Group.
