PS.SPEICHER makes the heart of vintage car fans beat faster. Presenting the history of motorization with more than 400 vehicles, the exhibition in Einbeck, Germany's former granary is a unique experience. The special ambiance also makes it a very popular venue for events. Previously, contact information for its numerous business partners and visitors was stored in various files. To facilitate uniform master data management by employees in various departments, the cultural foundation decided to introduce a CRM system.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales (part of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement product range, formerly "Dynamics CRM") was chosen because the Microsoft CRM solution optimally complements the Office products the foundation was already utlizing. Jörg Weber, IT Manager at PS.SPEICHER, sees another benefit of the solution: "Microsoft CRM is a great basis for subsequent expansion in marketing." With the marketing module that is also part of the product range (Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Marketing), multi-stage and automated campaigns can be planned and executed from the CRM – this applies, for instance, to e-mail promotions and events.
In addition to consultancy in selecting the appropriate CRM system, Sycor handled the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales. This also included transferring legacy data from various data sources. For maximum user acceptance, Sycor's training team trained PS.SPEICHER's employees in using the new CRM system.

The process of recording and managing business partner data was tremendously simplified with the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales. Thanks to central data storage, PS.SPEICHER's employees have more time to share their passion for technical cultural goods with visitors.
