Ipsen Pharma relies on Sycor.Back2Work app

By using the Sycor.Back2Work app, regulations regarding social distancing can be easily and clearly applied and, if necessary, infection chains can be traced. "Using the app is very easy: Before work, I reserve a so-called "office space" via the app and check in on site using a QR code. This allows me to see exactly how many people are working in which room in order to comply with the applicable social distancing regulations and occupancy capacities. The check-out also works via a QR code and the room is free again for the next reservation," explains Meike Pietzek, Account Manager at Sycor, about the use of the app.

A new normal with Sycor.Back2Work

Sycor.Back2Work is a great way for companies from various industries to organize office spaces and protect employees. Every company has its own individual requirements. This was also the case for Ipsen Pharma, which commissioned the development of additional functions of the app. Ipsen Pharma has been selling various preparations in the fields of oncology, neuroscience and rare diseases for the treatment of severely debilitating diseases for which there is a high unmet medical need in Germany for over 40 years. "Our challenge was how to organize Ipsen's return to a new normal after the corona-induced working from home period. The Sycor.Back2Work app was the ideal solution for us to quickly provide our team with a user-friendly, visually appealing, and secure app. In only a few days we were ready to start and gradually reopen our office. The fact that we were able to address data protection-related topics and provide the works council with relevant information also contributed to this," explains Dr. Derk Bemeleit, Director Strategic Business Excellence DACH at Ipsen Pharma.

Customized adaptations

"In a very short time, we were able to implement our Sycor.Back2Work app at Ipsen and integrate the customer-specific adaptations, such as the graphic preparation of the floor plans and the application logic for floor plan and color coding, into the app. We are very pleased that the acceptance of the app is so high", Meike Pietzek draws a positive conclusion.
