Sycor.Rental Spring-Release 2026: 
Here's what you can expect!

March 18, 2026 is the big day: The new release of Sycor.Rental will be published and available to all customers. With the new release, we are making rental processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain smarter, more mobile, and more profitable.  

The focus is on the following three highlights:

1.    Equipment profitability  

The new equipment profitability feature in Sycor.Rental provides full transparency about the profitability of your equipment. The customizable view shows costs, revenues, and margins at a glance, while the central database can provide valuable insights for BI analyses and strategic decisions.

2.    Workshop and service enhancements

The workshop and service area has been specifically expanded to make service processes even more efficient, transparent, and practical. The focus is on the following enhancements in daily workshop operations:

• Quality orders in workshop orders
• Priorities for workshop orders and jobs
• Colors for jobs (depending on the workshop order status) in the dispatch board
• Creation of on-site workshop orders from service orders
• Provisional repairs (emergency repairs)

3. Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Sycor.Rental

Imagine if your sales staff could use the Copilot chat dialog to check equipment availability for customers and create quotes or orders anytime, anywhere. With text or voice input on a mobile phone, laptop, or desktop, without having to be in the ERP system. Quick and easy. This increases the satisfaction of your customers and employees. This and other AI use cases will be available for the first time with the Spring Release 2026.
