Solution Architect/Functional Lead Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO

Your future responsibilities:

• Leading Sycor’s national and international projects for Microsoft Dynamics (AX or CRM)
• Analysis of business processes as well as the conceptual design, implementation and execution of presentations and on-site customer training
• Solution planning and design
• Project planning and controlling
• Budget controlling
• Support and / or responsibility for customer negotiations
• Leading project teams
• Ongoing communication with customers within projects
• Support of our Sales team (Presales)

Your profile:

• BS, preferably higher, in Business, Computer science or Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics environment
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager / Solution Architect
• Language: Excellent English, German a plus
• Highly customer-oriented with strong communication and presentation skills
• Able to work independently and take personal responsibility
• Capacity for conceptual and analytical thought
• Team leader
• Team player
• Enjoy traveling, including globally
