My training as office management assistant at Sycor

I recently completed my training as an office management assistant and I can say that anyone who wants to train in this work environment is in good hands with Sycor.

How does the training take place?

During the time of my apprenticeship, I have worked in many different departments and areas: from financial accounting and purchasing to marketing and human resources management. Sycor covers all training-relevant contents with the different areas of commercial administration.

By switching between the different departments I was never bored and I learned something new every day. As a result, I not only learned something about the work, but also got to know many different colleagues and of course the company well.

Not least because of this, today I always know who I can turn to for questions and where I can get help. Individual concerns within the scope of the training are also addressed and I felt very well looked after as a trainee.

However, it is not only the varied work that is decisive, but also the way we deal with each other. I like the friendly cooperation and the relaxed atmosphere. I enjoy coming to work and spending time with my colleagues. Because it doesn't matter how old you are or what you can already do. Everyone treats you with respect.

If I had to choose a company for my education again, I would choose Sycor again.
