Sycor delivers European-wide multilingual training and testing services as well as a CRM service desk.
InterMune is an American biotechnology company. It is the global leader of idiopathic pulmonary fibro-sis (IPF) therapies. With approval from Europe in 2011, it was ready for the launch of a European sales- and marketing-structure.
The decision to make Sycor its project partner was based on extensive experience and a solid reputation, established in the pharmaceutical sector.
Veeva, one of the fastest growing companies in this area, was chosen to deliver the CRM system. It is based on the Salesforce.com platform and is complemented by the iRep-App for the iPad. Concur, an expense reporting tool, and Veeva Vault, a content management system, were added during the project.

Besides the development of the training material for five different countries with country specific changes, Sycor also conducted the testing for the application at the respective headquarters.
The on-site end-user training by Sycor was delivered in the local language to ensure that questions and problems could be solved early on.

Besides support activities in the local language, Sycor has taken over additional services for InterMune within the ongoing Veeva development process. This includes the setup of a Salesforce-for-Outlook-Connector and training for InterMune's employees in one of the many comprehensive Veeva Updates. Furthermore Sycor delivers services for InterMune in the United States and Canada regarding data load and data clearing.
