Junior Service Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / AX – SCM

Your responsibilities:

  • After receiving training, you will be in charge of customer inquiries in an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations/ AX)
  • Create, analyze and solve incidents reported by customers
  • Work with development and consulting to implement customer specific solutions
  • You will eventually work as a Service Delivery Manager and be responsible for advanced customer questions, budgets and billing

Your profile:

  • BS in Business, Computer science or Engineering with major in supply chain management or respective work experience
  • Understanding of business processes
  • Prior experience in customer IT service preferable (also internal customers, e.g. in an internal support department)
  • Experience with ERP and/or CRM software such as Microsoft Dynamics or SAP a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High customer service orientation
  • Language: Excellent English, German a plus
  • Strong communication, team and customer skills
  • Strong analytical skills and design capabilities
  • High motivation and work philosophy
  • Able to work independently
