Customer Service/Support Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365-FO

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be in charge of customer inquiries in an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365FO)
  • Work from Pittsburgh location; home office occasionally; limited travel requirements
  • Create, analyze and solve incidents reported by customers
  • Work with development and consulting to implement customer specific solutions
  • You will eventually work as a Service Delivery Manager and be responsible for advanced customer questions, budgets and billing

Your profile:

  • BS in Business, Computer science, Engineering, or Accounting or respective work experience
  • Understanding of business processes
  • Prior experience in ERP related service desk required
  • Experience with ERP and/or CRM software such as Microsoft Dynamics or SAP required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High customer service orientation
  • Language: Excellent English, German a plus
  • Strong communication, team and customer skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • High motivation and work philosophy
  • Able to work independently
  • Development skills or experience a plus
