Customer Service/Support Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO / AX

Your responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 FO)
  • Working from Pittsburgh location; home office occasionally; limited travel requirements
  • To create, analyze and solve incidents reported by customers
  • Working with developers and consultants to implement customer specific solutions
  • Eventually working as a Service Delivery Manager; responsible for advanced customer questions, budgets and billing

Your profile:

  • BS in Business, Computer science, Engineering, or Accounting or respective work experience
  • Strong understanding of business processes
  • Prior experience in ERP related service desk, a plus
  • Experience with ERP software such as Microsoft Dynamics or SAP, a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High customer service orientation
  • Language: Excellent English; German, a plus
  • Strong communication, team and customer skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • High motivation and work philosophy
  • Able to work independently
