    European launch of a sales force structure

    Sycor mbs delivers European-wide multilingual training and testing services as well as a CRM service desk.

    InterMune is an US biotechnology company with the European headquarters in Switzerland. It is the global leader of idiopathic pulmonary fibro-sis (IPF) therapies. With the European approval in 2011 everything was ready for the launch of a European sales- and marketing-structure.

    The decision for Sycor mbs as project partner was based on extensive experiences and reputation, established by Sycor mbs in the pharmaceutical sector.
     

    Veeva, one of the fastest growing companies in this area, was chosen to deliver the CRM system. It is based on the Salesforce.com  platform and is complemented by the iRep-App for the iPad. Concur, an expense reporting tool, and Veeva Vault, a content  management system, were added during the project to the Sycor mbs services.

    Testing & Training

    Besides the development of the training material for five different countries with country specific changes, Sycor mbs also  conducted the testing for the application at the respective headquarters.

    The on-site end-user training by Sycor mbs was delivered in the local language to ensure that questions and problems could be solved early.

      Besides support activities in local language, Sycor mbs has taken over additional services for InterMune within the ongoing Veeva development process. This includes the setup of a Salesforce-for-Outlook-Connector and trainings for the InterMune employees in one of the many comprehensive Veeva Updates. Furthermore Sycor mbs deliver services for InterMune US and Canada regarding data load and data clearing.
