Sycor recently announced the availability of the Mobile Field Service Solution as part of Sycor.Rental in Microsoft Marketplace, the unified online destination for customers to buy trusted cloud solutions, AI apps, and agents to meet their business needs. Sycor’s customers can now discover and deploy trusted solutions through Microsoft Marketplace, with smooth integration and streamlined management across Microsoft Azure and other Microsoft products.
The field service features are fully integrated into the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management ERP system and provide service technicians with all relevant information directly on their mobile device. With these features, orders, activities, device master data, damage and service histories, and warranties are available at all times. Equipment can be easily identified via barcode scanning. Technicians can record working hours and materials used, submit status updates, and document their work with photos – directly on site. Even ad hoc service or repair orders can be created instantly within the mobile field service app.
