In regards to hosting for example, we prepare concepts for server and storage sizing as well as system configuration and operation, including backup and recovery for MS SQL database servers (with optional shadow database), AOS Server, Terminal Server, and any other required Microsoft servers (such as SharePoint or Exchange). We help you select the services you really need.

Our services

  • We gladly handle the operation of your IT systems (server and storage systems) for you in your data centers. System management is performed just as though the systems were installed in our own data centers.
     
  • We fully integrate your system into our system management environment. All important parameters of the hardware, operating system, and also applications by request are permanently monitored. We handle all aspects of system operation, including backup and patch management. 
     
  • Our services are based on service levels defined in advance (availability, support hours, response times, etc.). We also offer system-related application operation such as directory services/Active Directory.

Our employees provide 2nd and 3rd-level support as well as contact to the provider Microsoft.
